At Screedex®, we’re proud to offer high-quality, Australian-made products. Our 14-day return policy is simple and straightforward — so you can get back to screeding quickly and with confidence.
Returns
Returns are accepted for eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Products must be in resellable condition.
Important: Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted or refunded.
Reseller purchases: If your item was purchased from a retail reseller, please contact your point of purchase directly. Screedex cannot accept or process returns for reseller purchases.
Pre-Order Cancellations
If you have placed a pre-order and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@screedex.com.au. Cancellations are accepted at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard 30-day return policy applies. If your pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch date, you may request a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you as quickly as possible. Please note we do not accept exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Important: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@screedex.com.au
